Job Title: Senior Administrator
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, full-time 
WFH: 4 days in the office / 5 days to start while in training 

Role Overview A varied Senior Administrator role providing proactive support to a busy internal team. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy team and senior stakeholders
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to a wide range of queries
  • Prepare, format and proofread documents to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate internal records, trackers and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and arrange bookings
  • Support reporting processes and assist with general documentation
  • Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines, escalating where necessary
  • Handle correspondence and internal communications efficiently
  • Assist with ongoing administrative projects and process improvements
  • Provide additional support to senior staff when required, including cover during absences
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements Essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional environment
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good standard of education (including English and Maths or equivalent)
