SENCo - Long-Term Role | South Birmingham (Bartley Green)\n\n£200-£300 per day (DOE)\nFull-time | Immediate / Easter start\n\nA secondary school in South Birmingham is looking for an experienced SENCo to take full responsibility for SEND provision on a long-term basis.\n\nThis is a high-demand role in a school where SEND needs are significant. You will need to be confident leading from the front, managing EHCP processes, and working closely with SLT, staff, and external agencies.\n\nThe Role:\nLead and manage SEND provision across the school\nOversee EHCPs, annual reviews, and interventions\nWork closely with SLT and teaching staff to improve outcomes\nSupport behaviour strategies for students with additional needs\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\nQualified Teacher with SENCo experience (or aspiring SENCo with strong background)\nConfident managing a high caseload of SEND students\nStrong understanding of EHCP processes and statutory requirements\nResilient, organised, and able to lead in a demanding environment\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n£200-£300 per day depending on experience\nFull-time, long-term stability\nOpportunity to step into (or continue in) a leadership role\nImmediate start available\n\nThis role is not suited to someone looking for a light workload.
