We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Customer Service Coordinator French Speaking. This is full time, permanent and hybrid position and working for very well established company.

Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression. \n\nSalary: £30,000\n\nWork pattern: Mon-Fri, hybrid( two days at office, 3 days from home), 37.5 hour per week.\n\nThe role:\n\nA Customer Service Representative is the front line of our company, providing commitment and exceptional service to our customers.\n\nThis role requires someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and capable of handling a variety of customer interactions with professionalism and patience.\n\nWork Experience:\n\nEssential\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative customer service role.\nFamiliarity with customer service order processing ERP system\nCustomer complaints handling process\nAbility to work independently and as part of a large team\nSupport customers' enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.\nFollow-up of enquiries for general questions with other internal departments.\nFacilitating customers issues resolution, including progressing customer complaints to completion.\nEnter and process orders including calculating transit time and freight.\nProactively communicate with customers to inform them of at-risk orders. \nMaintain accurate customer database and information on profiles.\nResponsible for customer quotations for new business & follow-up on open quotes.\nMaintain price lists and send them to customers when requested.\n\nJob Related Skills:\n\nFluent English - written and verbal\nFluent in French - written and verbal\nProfessional phone and email etiquette\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment\nWorks well under pressure, while multitasking\nAble to collaborate with multiple departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently\nAbility to listen actively and respond effectively to customer queries.\nAble to deal with customers effectively in a variety of situations, while being sensitive, empathetic and agile to customer needs\nAdaptable approach to handling unexpected heavy workload with a positive mindset\nMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry\nOffice base - 2 days a week (Tuesday Team Day)\nWilling to adjust and be versatile, to meet business objectives\n\nIf you are interested please kindly apply directly or contact Tom Kurczab at Right Match Recruitment Group
