Logical Resources is a fast growing national recruitment agency, from forming in 2001, Logical has grown from being a regional supplier to a national supplier of workers. A dynamic recruitment business led by a team of experienced business consultants looking to provide a fresh approach to recruitment services. Logical is a business with strong ethics, working with integrity with an emphasis on building relationships. Most recently nominated for 'Sales Recruitment Agency of the Year' we are now looking for a resourcer to join the existing recruitment team in the Leeds head office to work closely with the senior consultants.
You will be working in an office with a bright, ambitious team in a very fast paced and energetic environment and recruiting on behalf of some of the UK's most recognisable brands.
Your role;
•Sourcing and qualifying candidates
•Supporting and working closely with the Consultants / Account Managers
•Candidate liaison
•Relationship building
•Ability to looking outside the box to source the right candidates
•Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment
•Interviewing, screening and matching high demand candidates
•Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times

Skills
The Person;
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner. This is a demanding, varied and challenging role but an excellent opportunity to move into a recruitment environment. You must be;
• Outgoing
• Have a good sense of humour
• Be willing to learn
• Thick skinned
• Determined and tenacious
• Experience working over the telephone, or in a support role
• But most importantly must have a very good work ethic!!

Experience
No previous experience in recruitment required however some sales experience is beneficial.
