 Understand the business goals and build a strong partnership with managers and support their business continuity and growth plansProvide generalist HR support to managers covering the full scope of compensation and benefits, management development, resource management and employment relationsEnsure the structure and design of the branches are maximising productivity and growth and ensuring structures are regularly reviewedDevelop management capability through coaching, facilitation and workshopsLead and support on employees succession plans to ensure top talent is retained and developedManage end to end TUPE mobilisation programmes including de-mobilisation programmesIdentify and undertake initiatives that deliver value to the branches and reduce costs, e.g. reduced sickness levels, improved retention and succession planningBusiness projects that drive improved business capability and system simplificationProvide support to the HR Service desk as required.  SKILLS

Sound knowledge of employment law
