Helpdesk Operators

Location: : East Leeds - Leeds
Rate: £ 13.2 to £ 13.5 K (full-time (per year)) + Pension plan, flexi 25 days holiday scheme, sharesave, childcare vouchers, discounted gym membership

You will be working for one of the worlds leading providers of property related facilities management services. As a helpdesk operator you will taking inbound calls only and interacting with customers and suppliers, having accurately recorded the details of the fault on the web-based system.

Working within a supportive team of experienced operators, you will be working towards key performance indicators (KPI'S) on a regular basis. NO SALES INVOLVED.

Full training is provided as well as on-going support to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to handle the calls you receive effectively.
